I get told all of the time by people that I must be especially motivated to work out at home. I'm not. I'm really not. The reality? No one stays motivated for long periods of time. Professional athletes, Olympians, your local gym rat, and every other person on this planet with goals and drive will not stay motivated. Motivation is a feeling and feelings change. It's like that ex that comes around and helps you to feel good about yourself only to leave you in heartbreak yet again.

In this episode, I also go over some gym staples that I feel are key to getting started at home. If you're new to strength training or even seasoned, these are still budget friendly effective tools to have on hand. Here are the links:
